How We Can Help
Physiotherapy & Osteopathy
Our musculoskeletal team includes physiotherapists and osteopaths who work collaboratively to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of physical health concerns.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, struggling with mobility, or simply not moving as comfortably as you would like, we aim to help you understand what's going on and create a clear plan forward.
Treatment may include:
- Clinical assessment and diagnosis
- Hands-on treatment
- Rehabilitation and exercise therapy
- Strength and mobility programmes
- Education and self-management strategies
- Advice on returning to activity, work, or sport
Our goal is not simply to reduce pain, but to help you move more confidently and build long-term resilience.
Musculoskeletal Consultation – 60 minutes £77
Follow-Up Appointment – 45 minutes £73
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage offers purposeful, hands-on treatment for people carrying physical tension, muscular discomfort, or the cumulative effects of stress and everyday life.
Sessions are tailored to how your body feels on the day and may combine deeper pressure, sustained soft tissue work, and targeted techniques where appropriate, while always remaining responsive to your comfort and preferences.
Unlike relaxation-focused massage, therapeutic massage is designed to address specific areas of tension and restriction while supporting recovery, movement, and overall wellbeing.
Suitable for:
- Neck, shoulder, and back tension
- Muscular aches and pains
- Stress-related physical tension
- Recovery from periods of increased physical or emotional load
- People who prefer deeper, more focused bodywork
- Anyone looking to move and feel more comfortably in their body
Available with Rachel and Renae.
60 minutes – £77
Integrated Health
Sometimes symptoms don't fit neatly into one category.
Integrated Health appointments are designed for people whose concerns feel more complex, persistent, or difficult to untangle. This may include overlapping factors such as pain, stress, fatigue, menopause, lifestyle factors, movement concerns, or long-standing health issues.
These longer appointments allow more time to explore the bigger picture and develop a practical, structured plan forward.
Initial Consultation – £107
Follow-Up Appointment – £97
