Emotional Wellbeing
Emotional & Mental Wellbeing
Support for anxiety, stress, overwhelm, life transitions, grief, relationships, and the challenges that can affect how we think, feel, and cope.
Whether you're facing a specific difficulty or simply feeling that something isn't quite right, professional support can provide a safe space to explore what you're experiencing and find a way forward.
Life Doesn't Always Fit Neatly Into Categories
Sometimes emotional wellbeing is affected by stress, work, family pressures, health concerns, loss, change, or experiences that have been carried for a long time. At other times, it can be difficult to identify exactly why things feel harder than usual.
At Longstanton Wellness, we offer compassionate, professional support to help you better understand what you're experiencing and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
How We Can Help
Counselling
Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore whatever is on your mind, at your own pace.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, stuck, or simply aware that something doesn't feel quite right. You don't need to have the right words or a clear understanding of what's going on before you begin.
Working together, you and Netty will explore the thoughts, feelings, experiences, or challenges that are most important to you. Sessions are tailored to the individual and can help you gain greater understanding, develop new perspectives, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Suitable for:
- Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
- Low mood and emotional wellbeing
- Bereavement and loss
- Relationship difficulties
- Life transitions and change
- Self-esteem and confidence
- Trauma and difficult experience
- Anyone looking for support, clarity, or a space to talk
Reset & Regulate
A focused 60-minute session designed to provide practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Unlike counselling, which explores experiences in greater depth, Reset & Regulate focuses on immediate strategies that can help calm the nervous system and support emotional wellbeing in everyday life.
Suitable if you are looking for:
- Practical coping strategies
- Nervous system regulation
- Stress management techniques
- Breathing and grounding tools
- Additional support alongside counselling
Online Appointments
Online counselling appointments are also available.
If you would prefer to meet online, please email netty@longstantonwellness.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
